Tower Jack - Refined Movement + 2 New Enemies

When I released a gameplay video of the game, my friends laughed at Jack bumping his head. I initially shrugged it off. But after some refining of my code, I eventually addressed it since it greatly affects the physics. It even turns out that the "bumping" mechanic was a bug: Jack was bumping his head SOONER than he should be.

Now that the issue's fixed, I ended up making at least 2 more enemies in the process: the mines and the Charged-Bolt Cannon.

To make the gameplay less chaotic, I decided to lower the speed cap.
